The College of Human Resources and Education Interdisciplinary Ph.D. program requires a full-time commitment.  Each student who is accepted into the program works with faculty on a daily basis that will help to hone skills and to sharpen the research focus.  Furthermore, each student has both the opportunity as well as the requirement to conduct basic research and to translate this into classroom teaching, presentation, and publication.  Consequently, it is imperative that each student commit to becoming a full-time doctoral student.  You will be asked to sign a statement confirming your commitment to full-time status before you are accepted into the program.

The next deadline for admission to the Interdisciplinary PhD Program is January 8, 2010. You must have all required materials for admission in by January 8, 2010 to be reviewed. No applications will be reviewed that are not complete.
